These terms apply to the ARC browser extension, the ARC widget on partner sites and this website, provided by Predictor LLC.

What ARC is

ARC shows information about event markets related to the page you are reading and links to where those markets can be viewed. ARC does not place orders, open or link accounts, hold funds or show balances.

Who can use ARC

You must be 18 or older and a resident of the United States to use ARC.

Information, not advice

Nothing in ARC is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to trade any contract. Prices are indicative and may be delayed, and market information comes from third-party sources we believe to be reliable but do not verify.

Other services

A link in ARC opens the exchange or broker named on it. Accounts and trading there are governed by that provider’s own terms, not these.

Availability

ARC is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time.
